TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern Mobile Bike PRO’s mobile eBike service, lease-to-own eBike sales, and dealer opportunities. By booking a service, purchasing or leasing an eBike, or submitting a request through our website, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Mobile eBike service & repair: certified technicians come to your home, office, or location within our Central Florida service routes.
  • Lease-to-own eBike sales: nine eBike models available for purchase or lease-to-own, delivered assembled and serviced at your door.
  • Dealer & business opportunities: protected territories, certified training, and dealer kits for independent dealer partners.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Service bookings are requests, not instant appointments. You will receive confirmation by both email and text.
  • Payment is due at time of service. We accept credit/debit cards and cash — no checks.
  • A 12.5% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions.
  • Unpaid balances accrue a $10/day late fee. Bikes will be held until paid in full.
  • Pickup and drop-off service is available for an additional fee plus mileage and technician drive time.
  • Lease payments shown on this site are estimates for qualified riders and are confirmed before you sign.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $49.99 fee.
  • Cancellations at the door incur the service call fee, mileage, and the cancellation fee.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All bike sales are final. Please see our Returns & Terms page for full details on returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Mobile Bike PRO’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, arising from our services or products.
  • Customers are responsible for securing their eBike and accessories. We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring outside of our service visit.
  • eBike range, speed, and performance figures are manufacturer estimates and vary with rider weight, terrain, and conditions.
