RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SERVICE TERMS
Read before you buy or book. By purchasing a bike or booking service with Mobile Bike PRO, you agree to every term below.
BIKE SALES: ALL SALES FINAL
We offer zero returns and zero exchanges. Every bike sale is final at the time of purchase.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION
If a return or exchange is ever allowed, it must be approved in advance by corporate (William Bradley Stock, owner) — no exceptions, no store-level approvals. Any approved return or exchange is subject to all of the following:
- 25% restocking fee on the sale price.
- Original shipping cost — $160 per bike — charged back even if shipping was included as a free promotion.
- Return shipping charges, paid by the customer.
- $89.99 inspection fee. Once the bike is received it will be fully inspected at a charge of $89.99, and any repairs needed to restore it will be charged at our standard parts & labor rates.
- Co-signment resale. The bike will be listed for sale in the Co-Signment classifieds section of our website and marketed for sale. Once sold, a 25% commission is charged on the resale amount, in addition to all other fees. Remaining funds are sent to the customer within 10 days of the sale.
SERVICE WORK: PAYMENT TERMS
- All payments for services are due and payable upon completion.
- Bike held until paid. Ownership of the bike is fully transferred to Mobile Bike PRO the moment we touch it, with full rights to remove the bike from the property and hold it for payment. The full amount along with the original invoice must be paid before the bike leaves the shop for return.
- Pickup & return: $19.99 each, plus return mileage at $1.40/mile round trip, plus tech drive time at $49.99 per hour billed in 15-minute increments.
- Late invoices: any invoice not paid the day of service incurs a $10 per day late fee and a $10 per day storage fee.
- A 12.5% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card payments. Cash accepted. No checks.
CHARGEBACKS NOT ALLOWED
Refunds and chargebacks are not allowed. Attempting a chargeback — or completing one — automatically adds a $1,500 charge to your account for collection, defense, and legal costs, in addition to any unpaid outstanding balance.
If a chargeback goes through, you agree that it constitutes full surrender of the bike, and Mobile Bike PRO has the full right to repossess the bike regardless of location to obtain it for resale to settle any outstanding balance.

NOT SATISFIED? REWORK POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with the work performed, you may request a free visit by another tech to review the work. At Mobile Bike PRO’s full discretion, your claim will be validated or invalidated.
- Validated: the work is corrected free of charge.
- Invalidated: you are charged the service call + mileage and drive time if applicable, plus the $49.99 cancellation fee.
NON-PAYMENT & COLLECTIONS
Non-payment results in a collection account that accrues a $10 per day late fee plus an additional $500 processing fee to set up the account for collection.
DISPUTES: ARBITRATION
In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to binding arbitration in Leesburg, Florida. Any ruling via arbitration will be honored by both parties, with all arbitration costs borne by the customer regardless of outcome.
