- We take booking REQUESTS — not instant appointments
- You get BOTH email AND text the moment you submit
- 2-hour arrival windows: 8–10am, 10–12, 12–2, 2–4pm
- Mon–Sat. Quotes intended same-day, can take up to 24hrs

- 12.5% processing fee on ALL credit/debit transactions

- Cancelled under 24 hrs: $49.99 fee
