Bearings are dry. Electrical connections are exposed. Gears were never indexed. Brakes were never bedded.
After component quality, proper assembly is the single greatest factor in how long your eBike lasts. A $2,000 bike assembled wrong rides worse and dies sooner than a $1,200 bike assembled right. The box it came in is proof — if it was ready to ride, it wouldn't need us.

We don't just bolt on the handlebars and call it done. Every online-bought eBike gets torn down to the level it should have been built at in the first place — then rebuilt right, in your driveway.
Unbox & Inspect
Full unboxing and frame inspection. We check for shipping damage, bent rotors, and pinched wires before a single bolt turns — and flag anything that needs a warranty claim.
Strip, Lube & Rebuild
Components come off, get properly lubricated, and go back on. Bearings get greased. Every bolt gets torqued to spec — not "tight enough," to spec.
Seal the Electronics
Every electrical connection gets inspected and sealed against moisture and vibration — the #1 killer of online eBikes. Display, controller, motor, and battery connections all verified.
Index the Gears
Derailleur properly indexed across every gear — no skipping, no grinding, no chain drops. Shifting should feel crisp from gear 1 to gear 7 (or 21).
Calibrate the Brakes
Brake calipers aligned, pads bedded in, levers adjusted to your hands. Your brakes should stop you confidently — not squeal, rub, or fade.
Fit It to You
Saddle height, handlebar reach, and riding position dialed to your body. A properly fitted bike rides better, hurts less, and keeps you riding longer. This is the step nobody else does.

Assembly is quoted up front for your exact bike — book a request, tell us what you bought and where, and we'll price it before we roll. No surprises, no hourly meter running while you watch. Lease-to-own bikes from us include assembly free — delivery, build, and dial-in baked right in.

- 2-hour arrival windows: 8–10, 10–12, 12–2, 2–4 · Mon–Sat
- Payment DUE at service · $10/day late fee · bike held until paid
- Credit/debit or cash — NO checks · 12.5% card processing fee
- Cancel: 24hrs notice · under 24hrs = $49.99 · at-door = service call + mileage + fee
- Quotes same-day intended, up to 24hrs · extended range $1.40/mi past 30
