Basic Assembly
Billed at our standard hourly rate by bike type
- Full assembly of all unassembled components (handlebars, headset, fork, wheels, cranks, and more)
- All components torqued to manufacturer specifications
- Complete inspection for shipping or manufacturer damage and defects
- Advice on modifications, general use, and care
- Tire inflation and chain lubrication
- Lubrication of all pivot points
- Test ride to confirm shifting and braking
For eBikes, Basic Assembly also includes:
- Battery connection and power-up confirmation
- Basic display programming (lights, speed sensor, connections)
- Motor installation if not pre-installed
