Basic Assembly

Billed at our standard hourly rate by bike type

  • Full assembly of all unassembled components (handlebars, headset, fork, wheels, cranks, and more)
  • All components torqued to manufacturer specifications
  • Complete inspection for shipping or manufacturer damage and defects
  • Advice on modifications, general use, and care
  • Tire inflation and chain lubrication
  • Lubrication of all pivot points
  • Test ride to confirm shifting and braking

For eBikes, Basic Assembly also includes:

  • Battery connection and power-up confirmation
  • Basic display programming (lights, speed sensor, connections)
  • Motor installation if not pre-installed
