All labor is billed at our standard hourly rate based on your bike type, with a 1-hour minimum on all appointments. After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute increments — so you only pay for what we actually use.

Billing Policy
- 1-hour minimum on all hourly service appointments
- After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute increments
- Flat-rate services (inspections, diagnostics, tire service) are billed at their stated price and do not count toward hourly time
- Parts, accessories, and consumables are billed separately at cost
- Service call fee applies to all on-location visits and is communicated at booking
