HR & LEGAL — YOUR ENTIRE BACK OFFICE, INCLUDED.

Running a business means managing people, paperwork, compliance, and legal exposure — on top of actually doing the work. Most small business owners spend as much time on administration as they do serving customers. At Mobile Bike Pro, we’ve eliminated that problem entirely.

Every Branch Partner has full access to MBP’s HR & Legal department as part of the Corporate Administration fee — a single flat monthly cost that replaces an entire team of professionals you’d otherwise have to hire, manage, and pay separately.

What You’d Pay to Staff This Yourself

Here’s what the HR & Legal support included in your Corporate Administration fee would cost if you hired these roles independently:

  • HR Manager — Onboarding, employee relations, policy enforcement, benefits administration
    Market salary: $4,500 – $6,500/month
  • Payroll Specialist — Payroll processing, tax filings, garnishments, direct deposit
    Market salary: $3,500 – $5,000/month
  • Compliance Officer — Labor law compliance, OSHA, licensing, regulatory filings
    Market salary: $5,000 – $7,500/month
  • Legal Counsel (Retainer) — Contract review, liability, dispute resolution, branch agreement support
    Market cost: $2,500 – $5,000/month retainer
  • Benefits Administrator — Health insurance, retirement plan enrollment, PTO tracking
    Market salary: $3,000 – $4,500/month
  • Recruiting Coordinator — Job postings, applicant screening, onboarding coordination for technicians and AAMs
    Market salary: $3,000 – $4,500/month

Total estimated monthly cost if staffed independently: $21,500 – $39,000/month

Your cost as a Branch Partner: included in the $500/month Corporate Administration fee.

Bikes Aren't What They Used to Be.

Today's bicycles and eBikes are precision machines. The tools in the box don't fit anymore. The parts have names you've never heard. And booking a repair through an AI system when you can't describe the problem? That's a recipe for the wrong quote and the wrong fix. That's exactly why we created Tech Talk.

15 Minutes. A Real Mechanic. No Runaround.

Tech Talk is a free 15-minute phone mini-appointment with a trained Mobile Bike PRO technician — likely the same mechanic who will be assigned to your service. Available before and after our techs hit the field, Tech Talk exists for one reason: to make sure you get the right service, the right quote, and the right result.

Who Is Tech Talk For?

Tech-Adverse Man Refusing Online Booking

Tech-Adverse

You refuse to deal with AI booking or online forms. We get it. Call us. A human handles everything.

The Bicycle Novice

You know something's wrong but can't explain it to a machine. 'That thingy near the back that sounds like a ghost lives in it' — we know exactly what you mean.
