Basic Tune-Up

Best for occasional riders (1–3 times per week)

  • Full bike safety inspection (frame, fork, components, and torque settings)
  • Frame and component wipe down
  • Chain lubrication
  • Shifter and derailleur adjustments
  • Brake lever and caliper adjustments
  • Minor wheel adjustments
  • Check external connections
  • Post-service test ride

Performance Tune-Up

Best for regular riders — recommended annually and each season

Everything in the Basic package, plus spoke re-tensioning to ensure motor-driven wheels stay aligned and sturdy.

  • Full bike safety inspection (frame, fork, components, and torque settings)
  • Frame and component wipe down
  • Chain lubrication
  • Shifter and derailleur adjustments
  • Brake lever and caliper adjustments
  • Minor wheel adjustments

  • Re-tension wheel spokes (Front & Rear)
