What to Have Ready Before You Book
Having this info on hand speeds up your quote and helps us prepare the right tools:
- Your bike's make, model, and year (if known)
- Whether it's electric or traditional
- A brief description of the issue or service needed
- Your preferred service date and time window
- Your service address (home, work, or community)
- For eBikes: battery voltage (usually on the battery label)
Step 2 — Get Your Quote & Confirm
Once you submit your service request, our system generates a valid quote for your review. A Master Technician reviews every request personally and confirms your appointment — you'll receive confirmation by both text and email.
Step 3 — We Keep You in the Loop
Expect friendly follow-ups before your appointment and on the day of service. When your Technician is on the way, you'll receive a message with their actual ETA — no guessing, no waiting around wondering.
Step 4 — The Service Visit
Every visit starts with your Technician getting to know you and your bike. Then the work begins — starting with the Comprehensive Inspection. Many customers enjoy watching and learning. When the inspection is complete, your Tech walks you through the findings and corrects everything to your satisfaction.
Step 5 — Payment & Wrap-Up
Payment is collected on-site by credit or debit card. Our Technicians carry no cash and do not accept checks. Before leaving, your Tech collects all old parts and job-related trash. We leave your work area cleaner than we found it. Every time.
