50% of all service revenue generated (minus parts) across 3 daily appointments

The Role

Stop trading your valuable mechanical time for a weak, capped shop hourly wage. As a Mobile Bike PRO Bicycle Mechanic, you earn a premium flat-rate split on every service appointment you complete — in the field, at the customer’s location, on your schedule.

You will work with happy, friendly people who are actively seeking adventure and eager to listen. 100% of our visits are inbound — customers contact us because they want premium mobile service. No cold calls. No walk-ins. No miserable retail counter.

What You Need

General mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools — bike-specific experience preferred but not required
Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset
Comfortable working mobile at customer locations across Central Florida
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
No upfront capital needed — tools and equipment can be leased through the company

We will train you on eBike systems and our full service process. Training is conducted at the applicant’s expense and is not compensated. Course material costs may apply.
