The Role
You’ll be our boots on the ground — diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric bikes at customers’ homes and businesses across Central Florida. Every day is different. Every ride you fix matters. This is hands-on, real-world work that makes a direct impact on people’s daily lives.
Unlike most mechanical service centers where transactions solve stressful, uninspiring problems under intense pressure, you will experience the high energy of happy, friendly people seeking adventure and eager to listen. 100% of our visits are inbound — customers contact us because they want premium mobile service.
What You Need
- Some mechanical or tool experience — you don’t need to be a master, but you need to know your way around tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field across Central Florida
- Willingness to learn fast — we move at speed
- No upfront capital needed — tools and equipment can be leased through the company
No eBike experience required. We will train you on everything — diagnostics, electrical systems, mechanical repair, and our full service process. Training is conducted at the applicant’s expense and is not compensated. Course material costs may apply.
Your Specialty Track
Based on your alignment, you will spearhead one of our two primary territory disciplines:
- Tech Specialty 1: Commands advanced electrical powertrains, tunes, controllers, and hydraulic brake configurations
- Tech Specialty 2: Rules high-performance lifestyle assemblies, tire configurations, and frame optimizations
