Terms & Conditions of Service

Mobile Bike Pro LLC — Effective April 2026 — Leesburg, Florida

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Mobile Bike Pro LLC (“MBP,” “we,” or “our”), or using mobilebikepro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all service calls, estimates, sales, and interactions, whether initiated by phone, text, email, or our website.

2. Services Overview

Mobile Bike Pro is a mobile bicycle and e-bike repair service operating in Central Florida. We dispatch a technician to the customer’s location by appointment only. We do not operate a customer-access storefront. Current pricing on our website applies to all appointments.

3. Service Area & Scheduling

Services are available within approximately 60 miles of our Leesburg, FL dispatch center. Locations beyond 30 round-trip miles are subject to a $1.40/mile overage fee in addition to the $29.99 dispatch fee. Customers must ensure the bicycle and an authorized adult (18+) are accessible at the agreed location and time. Missed or unprepared appointments may incur a service call fee.

4. Payment & Billing Policy

4.1 Payment Due at Time of Service. All invoices are due in full upon service completion. No credit or deferred billing is extended unless agreed in writing before service begins.

4.2 Service Call Fee. A non-refundable $29.99 dispatch fee applies to every appointment and is earned upon technician arrival, regardless of whether additional service proceeds.

4.3 Labor — Earned by Time, Not Outcome. Labor is charged hourly and is earned as work is performed. Labor fees are not contingent on a specific outcome or customer satisfaction. Once labor is performed, fees are earned and non-refundable.

4.4 Lien, Possession & Storage Rights. By requesting service, Customer grants Mobile Bike Pro a possessory lien over the bicycle or e-bike. MBP retains sole possession until the full invoice is paid. In the event of non-payment, MBP reserves the right to: retain possession; remove and transport the bike to a storage facility; assess daily storage fees; assess re-delivery fees; and pursue collection through all available legal means. Storage, re-delivery, and attorney’s fees are added to the outstanding balance.

5. No Refund Policy — All Sales Final

All service and parts sales are final. No refunds are issued on any labor, service, or part once work has begun or a part has been installed. Dissatisfaction with a result does not entitle a refund. Confirmed workmanship deficiencies within the scope of the original service will be corrected at no charge (see Section 8).

6. Parts & Supplies

6.1 Parts Furnished by MBP. Parts are sold as an intermediary and are warranted solely by their manufacturers. MBP does not participate in any manufacturer warranty program. Defects or failures must be directed to the manufacturer.

6.2 Customer-Supplied Parts. MBP may perform work with customer-provided parts at its discretion. No warranty of any kind — including workmanship — applies when customer-supplied parts are used.

6.3 Wear Items. MBP does not warranty wear items including tubes, tires, brake pads, cables, chains, cassettes, or chainrings.

7. Flat Tire & Tube Service Policy

Repaired bikes are test-ridden by the technician before payment is requested. Once payment is made and the technician departs, any subsequent flat tire is a new service event billed at current rates. Tubes, tires, and sealant are consumable wear items with no warranty.

8. Workmanship, Warranty & Complaints

8.1 Workmanship. All work is performed to accepted industry standards. MBP maintains a 99%+ success rate, but no outcome is guaranteed. Labor is earned by time expended, not result achieved.

8.2 In-Scope Complaints. Post-service complaints (sounds, vibrations, performance issues) related to work performed will be investigated. Confirmed workmanship deficiencies within the original service scope are corrected at no charge.

8.3 Out-of-Scope Complaints. Issues outside the scope of the original service will be quoted as a new service.

8.4 Unfounded Warranty Visits. If a callback visit reveals no workmanship deficiency, the visit is not a warranty call. Customer agrees to pay the published service call fee, applicable mileage overage, and a Comprehensive Safety Inspection fee.

9. Fastener & Hardware Disclaimer

MBP applies proper tools and torque to every job but is not responsible for stripped, seized, corroded, or damaged fasteners caused by pre-existing conditions, poor manufacturing, or material fatigue. Where repairable by MBP, corrections will be made at the Customer’s expense.

10. E-Bike & Electrical Disclaimer

MBP performs e-bike electrical diagnostics and repairs to the extent possible given available tooling and parts. We do not guarantee successful resolution of all electrical conditions. Where repairs cannot be completed due to manufacturer restrictions or unavailability of parts, all diagnostic fees and labor expended remain earned and owed.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

11.1 Mandatory Arbitration. All disputes are resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Customer waives all rights to class action proceedings.

11.2 Venue. All proceedings take place exclusively in Lake County, Florida.

11.3 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by Florida law.

11.4 Attorney’s Fees. If MBP prevails in any collection or legal action, Customer agrees to pay MBP’s reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

12. Privacy Policy

MBP collects name, address, phone, email, and bike information to provide services. This information is not sold or rented to third parties. By providing your phone number, you consent to service-related texts and calls. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Our website uses cookies; continued use constitutes consent.

14. Limitation of Liability

MBP’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service at issue. MBP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Customer assumes all risk associated with use of any bicycle or e-bike following service.

15. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Bike Pro LLC, its owner, agents, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from Customer’s use of a serviced bicycle, breach of these Terms, negligence, or inaccurate information provided to MBP.

16. Force Majeure

MBP is not liable for service delays caused by acts of God, severe weather, illness, equipment failure, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Affected appointments will be rescheduled at the earliest practicable time.

17. Modifications

MBP may update these Terms at any time. The current version is posted at mobilebikepro.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed service authorization or work order, constitute the entire agreement between MBP and Customer and supersede all prior agreements, oral or written.
